Project Coordinator – SumaShilp Ltd. Pune

Work Location: Pune

We are seeking an experienced Architect with strong project coordination skills to manage end to end design and execution of large-scale projects, IT SEZ parks. The ideal incumbent will act as a key link between the project site in Gift City Ahmedabad and head office in Pune, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance and seamless coordination with concerned stakeholders.

KRAs

• Oversee architectural design and execution for IT SEZ and commercial large- scale projects.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, vendors and contractors and ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with government and statutory authorities for approvals, NOCs and compliance.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables; escalate issues proactively.
• Prepare and review drawings, BOQs and project reports.
• Facilitate communication between onsite and corporate office.

Skills

• B Arch with 10+years of experience in architecture, design management, BIM coordination.
• Proven experience in construction of large-scale IT SEZ parks or commercial development.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, local regulations and govt. liaison.
• Excellent communication and multitasking, stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Ahmedabad and Pune.
