Senior Manager Finance – SumaShilp Ltd. Pune

Work Location: Pune

Experience: Min 12 years of relevant experience (preferred in Real Estate Project Finance)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Finance to oversee and manage the financial operations of our real estate business. The incumbent will possess deep knowledge of real estate project finance, treasury operations, and capital management. A key part of this role involves liaising with banks, financial institutions, and institutional investors and PE venture funds.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

  • Manage cash flow, banking operations, and treasury activities efficiently.
  • Ensure optimal liquidity and working capital availability for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Fund Raising & Debt Management:

  • Structure and negotiate debt and equity funding for real estate projects.
  • Build strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and institutional investors to support financial needs.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and financial models for fundraising.

Investor Relations:

  • Collaborate with institutional investors and private equity funds.
  • Maintain transparent and timely communication with existing and potential investors.
  • Present financial performance, forecasts, and business plans to stakeholders.

Budgeting & Financial Planning:

  • Develop budgets, financial plans for the real estate projects of the group.
  • Monitor and analyze project costs, variances, and ROI.

Regulatory & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the real estate and finance domains.
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills
  • CA / CA inter/ MBA (Finance) / CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance in real estate.
  • Proven track record in fundraising, and debt management.
  • Experience of dealing with banks/ financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of Indian and international financing norms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience of working on accounting systems, Tally, good knowledge of MS. Office – Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of real estate financial modeling and cost estimation tools.
  • Familiarity with RERA guidelines and real estate-specific regulations.
